Dervla and Stephen, September 2010

We loved this autumn wedding which was filled with wonderful and impressively time consuming but personal touches from the bride.

Dervla hand sewed each of these heart shaped lavender bags as favours in a range of beautiful flower patterned fabrics. I was hoping one would be forgotten but no such luck, every single heart was taken home!

The tables were named after French icons, represented by eye catching pop art images and displayed in pretty picture frames on the tables. Dervla arranged her own flowers and very gorgeous they were too. The whole thing, with ribbons around the jam jars, oh so pretty hand stamped place settings and a matching wood block print on the orders of service, was stunning. Dervla is clearly a design and detail genius as well as being a high flying lawyer.
